How Prophecy should revive us
Hundreds of fulfilled prophecies are contained in the divinely inspired Word of God. Unlike other religious books these are not vague promises but specific and detailed.
There are over 100 distinct prophecies in the Old Testament concerning the first coming of Jesus Christ- all of which were fulfilled in His birth, life, death and resurrection.
The fulfillment of so many prophecies is overwhelming proof that the Bible is true and that Jesus Christ is the Messiah of God.
It is also ample evidence that the prophecies which remain, concerning the soon return of Jesus Christ and the end times of the world, will also come true.
Prophecy is without doubt one of the most fascinating of Bible subjects and is the major theme at Metropolitan Baptist Church this month.
